Consultations
Through our Consultation Services we continually work within the Social Model of Disability, supporting individuals and organisations to recognise, reduce and remove barriers to access. We provide access to a pan-impairment Consultation Group of disabled people, who we support to engage with organisations at an operational, management or strategic level as required.

Auditing
DOTS delivers a comprehensive Access Auditing Service, provided by our Access Surveyor who has 15 years experience working for a local authority. We provide Access Audits of any public buildings including schools, shops, residential care homes and medical practices. We have recently completed 275 Access Audits for Synergy Housing Group.
Customer Auditing
As well as meeting technical access standards, many progressive organisations want to understand how their customers experience their services. We provide customer auditing and mystery shopper surveys to enable organisations to recognise, reduce and remove barriers to access.
