Trusted Assessor Training: Simple aids of daily living, Level 2 or 3
Our next online course is Friday 21st March 2025
This OCN London accredited one day course provides competence and confidence to enable staff to assess for, prescribe and install simple aids of daily living equipment (e.g. toilet surrounds, bath boards, chair raisers, grab rails and much more). Learners will recognise contraindications of equipment provision and will know when to refer to Qualified Occupational Therapists in more complex cases. As well as ‘in-person’ training at our venue or yours, we now also offer a one day live training course via Teams with one of our consultant OT trainers. We have been providing Trusted Assessor Training since 2012. Our training incorporates PPT, videos, and break out exercises. Delegates will receive a personal portfolio of their work and certification. For Level 3 will need you to submit a case study. We can train six delegates in one day.
Suitable for:
Professionals working in Social Care, Reablement and Health
Support Staff in Health and Social Care settings
Retailers requiring accreditation to supply and fit equipment
Housing Association and Home Improvement Agency Staff
