Disability Equality Training
Our disability equality training enables learners to gain confidence and competence in providing services to disabled people with a range of impairment types in a safe and comfortable setting. Learners gain an understanding of the Social Model of Disability, disability etiquette and language, the Equality Act 2010 and how to remove barriers to access and improve customer service. The course is highly interactive, fun and informative.
- All customer facing staff – business, voluntary sector and statutory sector
- Anyone wishing to challenge their present thinking, understand the Social Model of Disability and update their knowledge
Learners will each receive a Disability Equality Training Certificate.
